Beaming is an open source puzzle game about manipulating 2D light beams through a hexagonal grid in order to solve a puzzle. Each puzzle has a different solution, which can be inferred through interaction and visual clues. As you go along, you will notice new items, actions and solutions, with each puzzle progressively building upon the last. If you get stuck or want more information about anything, be sure to click on the info icon in the upper left of the screen and read through the applicable sections in the dialog that appears.

Beaming was heavily inspired by games like Talos Principle and The Witness, so if you enjoy those types of games you may enjoy this as well. This initial release includes twelve puzzles, five items, four actions, two attributes and two types of solutions. In the future, I hope to further expand on this concept with the addition of more items, actions and solutions, as well as building a puzzle editor so that others can easily create and share puzzles of their own. Hope you enjoy!
